Smoke-Free Zone Policy
Bahçeşehir University cares about the health of its students, faculty members, personnel, and visitors and therefore campuses were built as a smoke-free zone. Smoking cigarettes, using tobacco products, and being exposed to smoke second hand is unhealthy. Because its unhealthy, Bahçeşehir University banned smoking in all confined spaces (classrooms, conference rooms, hallways, etc.)on the university property. Tobacco products can’t be sold on the campus and other areas that are within the University. Necessary signboards and warnings are hung on various parts of the campus. Students and employees will be informed about utility programs for quitting cigarettes.
