Important Announcement About 2020 - 2021 Academic Year Fall Semester Doctoral Entrance Exams

Dear PhD candidates,

•          Candidates who have applied for a doctorate for the Fall Semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year and who have completed all the documents will take to the exam on the dates specified below.

•          Only candidates who succeed in the written exam will be invited to the oral exam.

•          Candidates who want to take the science exam in July must complete their online application by 15:00 on Wednesday, 1 July 2020, and upload the application documents completely to the system.
  
•          The written and oral exam dates for the second PhD exam for the 2020-2021 Fall semester will be announced in August.

•          A candidate has the right to take a written and oral exam only once in an application period (for the Fall term entrance examination).

•          The entrance exam of the political science and International Relations Program will be held in September.
